Excavation & Drainage
French Drain & Dry-Well
For years, this Cole Harbour property struggled with persistent standing water that made sections of the yard unusable. We designed and installed a comprehensive French drain system tied directly into a dry-well, ensuring proper water collection, redirection, and long-term drainage performance.
French Drain & Grading
Chronic runoff and poor grading had left this central Halifax property vulnerable to pooling water and saturated ground conditions. To correct the issue, we recontoured the front yard and installed a large French drain system feeding into a smaller dry well, with the downspout routed beneath a newly constructed walkway. The result is a fully integrated drainage solution designed to manage water effectively and protect the property for years to come.
