This Halifax property underwent a complete landscape transformation starting from the ground up. We reworked the existing subsoil and carefully regraded the yard to establish proper drainage, improve elevation flow, and create a stable foundation for long-term performance. New garden beds were added to introduce structure and visual interest, complemented by decorative rock accents that enhance both function and aesthetics.

This Cole Harbour project involved the installation of fresh sod surrounding a newly installed in-ground pool and complementary paver patio. Following proper grading and site preparation, the lawn was carefully laid to create clean, defined edges and a smooth, level transition between hardscape and green space. The result is a cohesive, polished backyard that enhances the pool area with a lush, vibrant lawn — bringing balance, structure, and long-term durability to the entire outdoor setting.
